Howard came to diagnose an AC issue in my home. Unlike other techs who came and simply said the system is old and out of commission, Howard took the extra care to investigate the root issue, even coming back an extra day to run additional tests. His thoroughness and patience is well appreciated.

Called Howard on a last minute AC repair during a heatwave. Gave me his time frame and showed up! (Since moving to CT contractors have a habit of never showing up ). Howard was determined to make sure my AC worked before leaving. Reasonable price and knowledgeable. He explained step by step what was going on .
