I changed my rating based on the my experience with this shop within the 5 year I’ve went to them. First time & third time was okay but it’s seem that the experience has gotten worse. My braids were not done professionally & I’ve gotten attitude from the braiders when I point something out or ask it to be done over. I reached out to the owner for the third experience to have the cornrows fixed & she never got back to me. Then, you can sense they are talking about you in their language. They don’t want to fix their mistakes or give you a good experience. They just want the money. Not good business
Gotta give them credit they can braid but watch them on the prices cause they will tell one thing on the phone and when you get in there and they see your hair this is the famous saying all the spots say ooh you have allot of hair it's gonna cost more dam you think everybody bald headed that needs there hair done?
Brought my teenaged son here to have his mop top taken care of. The stylist did a great job with his hair paying very close attention to detail. Not a single strand was out of place. We made an appointment and he was seated immediately. In and out with his box braids in just over an hour. Highly recommend this establishment, will definitely return. Thank you!!
