Great service from Nick. Explained everything. Was contracted through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. The warranty company is terrible. I would not recommend CHW. But, Alliance heating & air conditioning provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Alliance.
We have been clients with Alliance for 10 years and have always had very positive experiences when the service technicians visit our home -- either to address an issue or for annual maintenance.
However, yesterday was extraordinary!
We live in a mullet-level townhouse and the AC was out with the exception of the basement and first level.
Richard Lawrence was AMAZING! Having been on call Mon-Wednesday, he must have been exhausted when he arrived at our home around 4:00 p.m. Nonetheless, he could not have been more friendly and thorough. He patiently explained the work he was doing and the nature of the repair.... read full review
Awesome service as always!!! We signed up for a service plan with Alliance- so we never have to worry. Their customer service is amazing! Scheduling is a breeze and the technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. HUGE thanks to Pat & Krysta for taking such great care of us!!! We highly recommend Alliance!!!!
