Great service from Nick. Explained everything. Was contracted through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty. The warranty company is terrible. I would not recommend CHW. But, Alliance heating & air conditioning provided excellent service. I would highly recommend Alliance.
We have been clients with Alliance for 10 years and have always had very positive experiences when the service technicians visit our home -- either to address an issue or for annual maintenance.
However, yesterday was extraordinary!
We live in a mullet-level townhouse and the AC was out with the exception of the basement and first level.
Richard Lawrence was AMAZING! Having been on call Mon-Wednesday, he must have been exhausted when he arrived at our home around 4:00 p.m. Nonetheless, he could not have been more friendly and thorough. Awesome service as always!!! We signed up for a service plan with Alliance- so we never have to worry. Their customer service is amazing!
