“Josh and his team were overall great to work with.
Because of a misunderstanding, one half of a bathroom door was not painted. He promised to send one of his workers, on a rainy day, to get that door painted. It is now over four months- No Show. When we reached out to him, he never responded. Make sure everything is done on the punch list before the final payment. Ensure all warranty terms, including duration and scope, are clearly documented in your contract. We do recommend him. We would have liked to give him 5 stars but we had to take away one star because he did not follow through with his commitment.”
