Josh and his team were overall great to work with.
Because of a misunderstanding, one half of a bathroom door was not painted. He promised to send one of his workers, on a rainy day, to get that door painted. It is now over four months- No Show. When we reached out to him, he never responded. Make sure everything is done on the punch list before the final payment. Ensure all warranty terms, including duration and scope, are clearly documented in your contract. We do recommend him. We would have liked to give him 5 stars but we had to take away one star because he did not follow through with his commitment.
We just had a complete bath remodel - they were all really great to work with, kept to the planned schedule and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t ask for more.
I cannot express enough praise for Josh and his team! Their professionalism is outstanding, and they consistently provided clear explanations throughout the entire timeline and process, ensuring that every detail was communicated step by step. This level of transparency eliminated any surprises, largely due to Josh's exceptional communication skills. His meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities were invaluable during the renovation of my kitchen, halfbath, and painting of two additional rooms in an older home.
