I will let these photos speak for themselves. The first photo is my hair before he ruined it. The second photo is what I requested. The third photo is after his first attempt, and the fourth photo is after he attempted to "fix" it. In addition to having ORANGE hair, it is dry and brittle from being unnecessarily over processed. When things go wrong, I feel it is all about how that is handled. I requested a refund, as it is going to be a long and expensive process to try to repair what he has done. Instead of owning it, he ghosted me.

so this Is A LATE review. I Went to See Rocksteady.."Basil"... He Did a Great All over Haircut & a Highlight. I Was So Happy with the Results...that i Went Back a Month Later. & got A Keratin Treatment! Basil & Efficient & Caring...Also Quite An Interesting Guy! Super Smart & Crafty..(youll See By His... salon... When u go to the Salon...Make Sure U Have His Phone number..to Call When There....the Front of this Multi-housed Salon/beauty Building is. Locked For Security....Very. Nice to Have that.... Feature.. I most Definitely Got A New Hairdresser...He Makes you comfortable & Hair Feels...great!
