These are great windows . Probably over priced . But great windows that do what they actually say . Still have to put plastic oblver them to keep out winter and make it even better but they are a huge step up from our old windows . It was like putting sun glasses on our condo . Keeps warm in and cool in . Regardless of whats going on outside if i shine digital thrm on glass it says what my thermostat is set at . Iglf i set it for 68 . Inside glass says 68 . They come out to service asap . Had to wait a while for door lock to be fixed on slider but we keep stick in anyway so its just extra . But they fix it if something goes wrong . Sergey Shutov was the gentleman who installed my windows. He installed 10 windows by himself in one day. He made sure we were satisfied and respected my home and family. He was on time, prompt, and professional. He made sure my husband and I were satisfied with his service before he left and when he came the next day to finish the job he made sure I was satisfied again. Mike Masse and his crew showed up at my house early, about 8:20 this morning. We needed two large picture windows and four side windows replaced in our living room -- a big job. Wed didn't have to do anything to prepare except remove the curtains. Mike, Brian and Dennis moved all the furniture, laid down plastic and sealed off the room.They had the windows in, furniture back in place and everything cleaned up by 4 p.m.Mike and his crew were efficient, informative, polite and easy to work with.
