“Dr. Ferrer and Toni are both wonderful. Toni made me feel comfortable right off the bat and always got back to me in such a timely manner and was just so nice. Dr, Ferrer knows what he is doing, and spent his entire career in Anesthesiology, so he knows the ins and outs of IV Ketamine treatment. He uses the Yale Protocol, 6 infusions done over 3 weeks. I feel like I got so lucky getting connected with them, as I had been looking for a place to get Ketamine infusions that wasn’t some random “pop-up Clinic” (because they are all over the place with dangerous and irresponsible practices and are just in it for quick $$$) However, because of the incredible success Dr. Ferrer’s child had with Ketamine Infusions, he chose to come out of retirement to provide Ketamine treatments at-cost, which is really unheard of. As a mental health professional myself, I can’t tell you how grateful I am for Dr. Ferrer and Toni. I was able to get my infusions done at-cost $1,500 total. “I found Vanity on google made an appt to have some fillers and lips etc.. made a few other appts and unfortunately had to cancel due to work and had an appt today got a message yesterday she was cancelling my appt due to the fact i cancelled ,,, i like Marta very much and wanted to go back to her i loved her work, i apologized and asked if i could come back. Never saw a cancellation policy.. She was very kind and attentive to me. she said she was dismissing people that had cancellations. I asked her if she could reconsider her answer was no.... When i cancelled last time i called her receptionist who was very kind and pleasant and i told her i was in heavy traffic since i dont live close.. could i reschedule she was so kind and professional and said we could do tuesday 21 at 12:00.. never said we can;t book you.. i just find this very strange to do this to me.. I asked her if she can reconsider... NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had a good relationship i was very kind to her. I understand cancelling is not a good thing "things do happen" I sent her 3 referrals ... i dont understand why she would call me at 2:30 Monday afternoon and cancel my appt for today, Tuesday at 12:00 Marta i would like you to reconsider me as a patient..... I would never cancel again .... I like your work and you as a person ....“

Over the past 2 years, I have been going to Linda for a variety of services including facials, laser treatments, Dysport injections, red light therapy, and help with my everyday skin care and maintenance. She is beyond knowledgeable about everything related to aesthetics, the most up-to-date products and treatments, etc., but what sets Linda apart from anyone else is how she takes the time and is able to look at you as an individual. She tailors her treatment specifically to me so as to produce the best and SAFEST results every time. I attribute this to her impressive amount of knowledge and experience in this field as an advanced practice registered nurse for many years dealing hands-on with patients and having a deep understanding of anatomy/physiology, risks/benefits, infection control and safety, as well as potential associated side-effects and complications to certain treatments. Linda is very transparent and has always treated me with a "less is more" approach, in that she will perform certain services only if and when it is safe and if it is even appropriate for me. My skin has often been a struggle and as many times as I would have been willing to just try anything and everything under the sun for a quick fix, Linda explains thoroughly when and why certain interventions are appropriate/inappropriate and never just does something if she knows it will not be beneficial and a waste of your time and money or even potentially harmful. She even goes so far as to have me follow up so she can see her work once it has set in to ensure it is perfect and to my liking- no one else has ever cared to do that and this speaks volumes. It is evident that Linda is fully invested in her clients, everything she does is with care and integrity and I mean it when I say that I trust her completely- which when you think about it is a lot to say when it comes to your face!
