I came in last night to get my nails done, and I wasn’t happy with the result, partly due to my natural nail shape so it wasn’t just tech error. I called the next morning because I was unhappy and they told me to come in. I worked with Kevin who was fantastic. Not only did he give me a new set that I absolutely love, but he was super kind and only charged me a small fee because I completely changed the shape of the nail, which I thought was fair. I will definitely be coming back. Kevin is a fantastic artist and wonderful with customers. Thanks again, Kevin!!

i've been going to this place for years. It's a 10 out of 10 very clean environment aesthetically pleasing. I usually get pedicures and manicures and I just started powder manicures and I have no problems at all. Owner is very friendly. His name is Kevin and his staff is friendly as well

We were in the area just for the weekend and were lucky enough to have 3 appointments available for us! The manager/owner is welcoming with conversation and has a good sense of humor. The staff is thorough, friendly, sanitary, happy, welcoming, and strives to provide what is needed. I wish they would open in the Carolina's!
