I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The massages are consistently excellent, and I usually get deep tissue massages since my body needs them. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I arrived. Highly recommend!

Massage was able to loosen tightness from PTSD. Every visit gets me closer to “normal “. Definitely recommend talking to therapist to determine best treatment options. Deep tissue massage definitely loosens up tight muscles but for me the sacral stretching does the job much better. The muscles can’t stay relaxed if their covering is too tight.

Janifer is an angel. I have been going to chiropractors and Physical therapy and stretch classes for my lower back issues with NO relief. Ice, heat, creams nothing was working. I saw her ONCE and I haven’t had relief like this in so long. She focuses on what is bothering you and actually took away a bunch of my pain. I made another appointment the same week 😆
