Dr. Richard Diana, MD, is a medical practice with a clean and welcoming office in Branford. The staff is professional, pleasant, and very nice, making patients feel at ease. Dr. Diana is very thorough in explaining issues and is patient, explaining many options to treat problems. He is helpful in deciding how to address pain in the short term and explains the long term prognosis. He has expertise in his field and patients have a lot of trust that he can resolve long standing issues. The practice prioritizes patient care, with doctors taking the time to explain concerns and develop treatment plans.
Dr Diana was very thorough is explaining the issues affecting my knee. He was helpful in helping me decide how to address the problem in the short term to deal with the pain and also explained the long term prognosis and options that can be available.
I just met Dr. Diana last week to consult on a painful shoulder that's affected me a long time. A variety of pt, two times, and two injections have now been exhausted and my pain is worsening. I am looking forward to working with him as he has expertise in his field and will know how best to treat me. I have a lot of trust that we can resolve my long standing issues.
This was my first visit to this practice. The staff was very nice. Dr. Diana was so patient with me and explained many options to treat my arthritis. I wound up getting a Cortizone shot in my knee for the first time. I am afraid of needles and he and his assistant were very patient. I am very glad I was recommended to this practice and now I see why.*** Update- I thought I sent this months ago, but apparently it didn’t post lol. I have now been to him three times and he is still an amazing doctor.
