About Connecticut Orthopaedics Urgent Care I Walk-In
Connecticut Orthopaedics Urgent Care I Walk-In, located on North Main St in Branford, is praised for its caring and organized medical staff. Patients have expressed gratitude for the comfort and patient care received during their visits, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by Dr. Caminear and Angelica, whom one reviewer referred to as a medical professional with "Angel wings." Doctor McCallum and his team are also commended for their kindness and thoroughness, especially for knee surgeries. Many have been long-time patients, appreciating the care for conditions like arthritis. However, some reviews mention concerns about the pace of appointments, feeling rushed during consultations. While most experiences have been positive, a patient expressed frustration over a lack of follow-up regarding treatment for knee swelling. Overall, the Branford location is recommended for orthopedic emergencies, with staff being described as apologetic for wait times and consistently kind.
I saw Dr. Gruskay and he is very familiar with the history of my knees and shoulders. When I saw him I was in much pain and limited mobility in my right arm and right knee. After assessing the situation, he suggested cortisone shots, and within a few days, I was feeling much better and was able to get around and move my arm much better than when I went to see him. Very pleased with Dr. Gruskay's assessment and treatment!
Our family has used OrthoNow on numerous occasions. I appreciate the consistent quality of care and the efficiency of being treated there. It allows us to get non-emergency room care after hours, when most of our sports injuries seem to occur, and follow up appointments with one of their physicians.
Excellent experience with Dr. John.Kelley. He is knowledgeable, professional, and he always takes the time to explain everything clearly. The treatment was effective, and I felt well cared for throughout the process. I highly recommend him!
