I have to say that me and my family go to DOCS on Chase ave , we have never had a negative problem there. The Dr is good & I have to say that the Medical Assistant Ivelisse is by herself on Wednesday's most of the time. She is very respectful, nice, understanding, helpful, & is a incredibly caring person! She deals with a lot of ungrateful disrespectful people.And she has a lot of patience for that. she definitely deserves a Medical Assistant of the year award!! We love u girl, keep doing what you're doing an amazing job!!!
It was the first time I had been there and I was very impressed with the experience. The staff was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all my questions and guided me through the sign in process. I’d be very happy to recommend them to anyone.
My experience was a smooth and professional one. Really can’t ask for more. Staff were respectful and the doctor listen to everything I had to say. Great place to go if in need of care. Thanks guys!
