It wasn’t urgent care walk in. I had an appointment with Jackie in Dr Russo’s office. She is wonderful. Actually I’ve been to so many specialists with Ct. Ortho and I won’t go anywhere else. They are the best!
Everyone was kind, professional and took the time to listen and explain. I got there 10 minutes before they closed and apologized profusely . They made me feel comfortable and not at all rushed.
This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. I never once felt rushed. Dr. Moran took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He drained fluid from my elbow, and I felt relief right away, with continued improvement over the next 1–2 days. I would absolutely recommend him to others.
