Purchased a treadmill and realized way, way to heavy for me to move up 2 flights of stairs myself. College Hunks had people out to house that day and moved it. They were very conscientious to make sure they did not hit walls, etc. and this is a large very heavy (200LBS plus) item.

Very disappointed in this service. I followed a facebook add to get $25 off and they didn't even give that to me despite me mentioning it and being told it would be honored by the service agent who gave me my quote. I had to shift contact info to my mother because I was called into work. I was quoted $119 plus $40 for the mattress and box spring I asked to be removed. I was told by the representative that an eighth of a truck would be 119 and if it took up more space it would be more. The gentleman that came told my mom an eighth of a truck load was $250. On top of all of this they were three hours late and only took $20 off for their tardiness. The only positive part of the experience was how fast the representative followed up after I put in an inquiry from the ad to get $25 off and the text messages that they were very delayed. It was a 10-12 window. Then they said 12:30. I reached out to my mother at 1:30 and they still had not come. They finally came between 2 and 3 to get my unwanted furniture removed. I would not recommend this service at all.
