My appointment was at 10:00AM and there was no wait. The person who was at the front desk greated me with a good morning and a smile. Everyone was kind and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The person who helped me pick out my glasses listened to what I was looking for and I loved both pairs she picked. Definitely would recommend this office. Customer service is almost unheard of but it continues at this practice. It deserves more than 5 stars!!

Dr. Lynch is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and has a pleasant chair-side manner. The members of the office staff are very professional and efficient. And every kind of special equipment is right there on the premises, which I appreciated as I was on a medication that could affect vision and so required regular eye tests. Dr. Lynch is a genuinely nice man and I really liked being one of his patients. Unfortunately for me, I switched insurance plans to one of the very few that his office does not accept. If my situation changes, I would run, not walk, back to this practice.

Dr. Lynch was recommended to me over 20 years ago when I first started working in town. It seemed everyone I'd meet was a patient of his! I had an Rx to fill glasses, but it was required that they re-examine me. He actually improved upon the Rx I had from my previous doctor! With each appointment I saw that he was just as thorough as my ophthalmologist and knew I was in the best capable hands. At one point my work offered eye insurance he didn't accept, and I made the mistake of going to Kennedy Perkins to get my new eyeglasses. I was very unhappy with the results.
