Way overpriced. I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon. I found a groupon deal and thought I'd give them a try. I was pretty uncomfortable the entire time there. I should point out that I use little products in my hair and I am pretty much a naturalist when it comes to my beauty routine. A bad dye job was growing out and I pointed out a few times that I just wanted it to go back to my natural color. I was constantly told that they could fix it. It was like they were attempting to push services on me. The entire cut the stylist kept saying "next time you come in". Not impressed, terrible experience! The only reason the salon is getting a star is for the product lines they use. I came here on the recommendation of a friend and great yelp reviews and had my hair cut by Roxanne. She was unprofessional and it was a disaster, involving her recutting my entire hair after cutting/blowing it out, without asking, or stoping when I asked her to. It took over 2 hours and I ended up the worst haircut I have ever had after spending a year carefully growing it out--Apparently she didn't like the cut I had asked for. It now appears as though someone took a machete to my head, with blunt uneven chunks everywhere. I went back to try and have... read full review
