During this time, the staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Oxford Home Care provides exceptional Customer Service. I was referred to them by someone I know personally, in search of Care Giver for my lovely grandparents. Not only did they take the time to talk with me personally and allowed me to ask as many concerning questions one would have, they did an in person intake to gather as much personal needed information of my grandparents so that a right fit would be matched to my grandparents everyday needs. We love the professionalism, patience and kindness we've received from Oxford. My grandparents are very happy and I no longer need to worry!!! Thank you so much Oxford Home Care.

Pleased with the helpers however many times late or no show. Oxford does NOT provide their employees with safety equipment such as disposable gloves so I have to.Many excuses when you call.
