Incredibly rude and inconsiderate to patients. I went in for my appointment today. I lost my job a week ago and had only Medicaid left for insurance. A woman with red hair made it a point to scold me like a child for not letting them know my insurance was cancelled. It was insanely inappropriate.The last time I came to this office, my appointment had to be rescheduled because they gave me the wrong day. No one ever called me back to reschedule, no apology was given. I explained that it’s very difficult to get time off work so she claimed a doctor might be able to squeeze me in if I keep calling. The problem is no one answers the phone and takes days to return voicemails.
