I had good experience for about 5 years now but I got very very sick in 2021 ever since I'm not completely normal so I was reading my chart I noticed the for a couple of years my oxygen level was starting to get below 90 3 years in a row around that time I told my doctor at the time my lungs hurt and feel like I was drowning she didn't take it seriously now I have permanent damage was in a coma had a Tracheostomy had to relearn how to walk guess what my problem was oxygen too low wasn't getting good blood flow if they dispute this review I will come with a picture proof of my chart and the ICU diagnosis

I have been going to this office for a few years
Kimberly the lab tech is outstanding very professional. Takes her time to look for veins not just “poking” around and hoping to get blood
I think management should give her a raise or at least a letter in her file for outstanding customer service
And please never let her leave

From the time I arrived at Dr. Kevin Collins office I was greeted with professionalism caring helping I am visually impaired they went over and beyond my expectations.
I was seen quickly. Doctor Collins was Excellent as usual his Is great!
When my test results came back, I was notified immediately by the office of the results!
