It has been a horrible change over in care, as I’m waiting 6 months to establish with a new Dr in another practice after mine left this one, then being seen by a RPN who then left,. It’s been nothing but a time consuming nightmare trying to book an appointment, then 40 mins late to be seen, manage meds that have been prescribed for years. Changing meds at will. And after seeing 3 specialists and 3 medical procedures. No follow up or consolidation of all my results. The office staff is clearly overwhelmed. Healthcare with Pro health is no longer about patient care.

My doctor left the practice and I was never notified. I only found out because my pharmacy could not get in touch to refill my prescription. My next appointment is months away, and they refuse to assist me in getting my prescription filled. When I call, I am put on hold for 30 minutes minimum. If I ask to speak to someone else, I am sent to a voicemail that is never answered. Avoid this place at all cost.

I have been going here since I was two and my transition into the adult primary care physicians was awful. Every doctor is fleeing this office so you will have to get a new primary care doctor once a year they can’t handle paperwork. They have no availability. It takes them 30 minutes to pick up the phone. I don’t even know why they’re still open at this point. believe the other comments we’re trying to warn you. There are also no black doctors or doctors of color in this office. Please keep that in mind. They have no urgency about anything medication paperwork. There’s no urgency.
