“Recently moved into a newish home in Norwich CT from out of state. Bought the property sight unseen so we were expecting a few "situations" to pop up. 3 months post move-in, we discovered termites working their way through the framework around an exterior garage door. We pulled materials, and he was back within the week. New door installed within hours. Tight; well built. Complete improvement to the entryway ... AND used synthetic materials over wood. Area around entry cleaned and cleared. All detritus hauled away. Jesse (and Mr. Handyman - (as Cody was also very considerate and prompt with scheduling)) truly went above and beyond installing solid product and helping overcome all issues.“
