I would've loved to stay at this office, because I truly love the doctors we have seen over the past 3 years for both of my kids. But today was the 3rd time I had an appointment rescheduled with no notification. We don't know an appointment has been rescheduled until we show up for the original appointment date/time. We will be switching pediatricians, because the front desk customer service is horrible. The doctors were what kept us there so long, but it no longer worth it. Avoid this office if at all possible.
I also transitioned here from pediatrics and had a horrible experience. I went for my first physical, and then called to schedule an appointment in between that and my next annual. I was told they had 0 available appointments for 2 months, when this was an issue for which I needed to be seen quickly. Now, I am due for my physical. Well come to find out, I was sent a piece of mail dated in February (which I just opened recently as I wasn’t living at home) saying that my doctor was leaving and I’d be notified to reschedule my appointment with a new doctor. It has been a horrible change over in care, as I’m waiting 6 months to establish with a new Dr in another practice after mine left this one, then being seen by a RPN who then left,. It’s been nothing but a time consuming nightmare trying to book an appointment, then 40 mins late to be seen, manage meds that have been prescribed for years. Changing meds at will. And after seeing 3 specialists and 3 medical procedures. No follow up or consolidation of all my results. The office staff is clearly overwhelmed. Healthcare with Pro health is no longer about patient care.
