Don, Dan and Chris were all phenomenal to work with. Chris M. was boots on the ground, responsive, action oriented, flexible, very knowledgeable - made for a super smooth project from start to finish. Easily the most seamless project I've encountered.

Where do I begin? Our home was built by Westchester Module in 1999 and we lost it in a house fire in April of 2025. The loss was devastating and we knew we wanted to rebuild.

We met with Dave and explained what we were looking for. This time we needed a single story, accessible home that was smaller and comfortable. The first design we saw was nearly perfect! From the square footage down to the detail of making a doorway wider for my rollator, I felt they truly heard what we needed and wanted. With just a few tweaks it was perfect and we signed the deal.

We were recommended Design Build Modular by a few people when we were initially looking into modular home builders. The process of designing the house was not only exciting but also very streamlined. All the staff at Design Build Modular were wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Building a house is a long, stressful process so it was always comforting to know we could reach out at any point with questions or concerns. It is understandable to be antsy at the end of the project because you just really want to be in your home.
