We were recommended Design Build Modular by a few people when we were initially looking into modular home builders. The process of designing the house was not only exciting but also very streamlined. All the staff at Design Build Modular were wonderful to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Building a house is a long, stressful process so it was always comforting to know we could reach out at any point with questions or concerns. We recently had a new home built by Westchester Modular Homes and highly recommend this company.Our process started with the design phase. Our home consultant, Dave Dillman, guided us through every step of what was an overwhelming process. He listened to us and offered suggestions based on his experience. Dave took the time to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with the services we were receiving.When construction began, our project manager Don O’Brien went out of his way to assist us through this phase. WMHFC rebuilt our home after getting hit with the macroburst in CT last May. Four months into the home and we're very satisfied. The salesman was very enthusiastic about the project and patient and thorough when we had questions. The project manager dealt with questions and issues we had through the construction and kept everything on track time-wise as much as it was in his power to do so. I recommend them highly.
