The service here is EXCELLENT. We bought our Weber grill from here several years ago and recently had a problem. Weber 800 service gave us the wrong information. Ryan at True Value came by and fixed it in one minute saving us a lot of time and effort. They have the best in store advice and service, something missing from the big box stores. I can't say enough about this hardware store! They simply have everything in stock with comparable prices if not better than the big box stores like home Depot and Lowe's! Staff is always readily available, friendly and helpful. I will go in there looking for the most obscure item and 9 out of 10 times they will have it! I Highly recommend True Value hardware of Bethel Connecticut!
