Came in for a fade on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend with like 15 minutes notice. Joanne was friendly, communicative, and attentive to detail. In and out under 30 minutes total, and my hair looks great! Would recommend!

Even though my husband and I I recently moved to Woodbury, CT, we continue to drive to the Great Clips in Bethel! The reason I make the longer drive is because of all the haircuts I have ever received (having lived in CT, NC, and NJ), the haircuts I have ever gotten, Dawn at the Bethel Great Clips facility has provided me with the very best service! She is personable, takes the time to get to know her clients, and most importantly, knows exactly how to cut my curly hair! Dawn is truly an asset to your company!

Great hair cut as usual Best service by my cutter she gave me a special discount for people fighting cancer. Which she knows I have been for almost 2 years. You don’t find this kind of service everywhere. She has taken the the time to get to know me over the past 5 years or so and never forgets.
