Update: It took time to write a letter with an itemized list of payments, but after so many incorrect bills, I felt that was the only way they would see what was owed and what was not. Many months later (6 or more) and several wrong bills including collection threats, I was beginning to think they never read my letter even though I knew they received it because they deposited the final payment; they finally sent me a corrected statement. That being said, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3; I believe if a company tries to improve, it should not go unnoticed.I do not live far from another yard they cut. Full Circle Property and Maintenance is a great company. They contacted me less than hours after posting my job on Angie’s list. The person who called me to set up my service call was very professional and had someone to my house within a day or 2. I was very pleased with the work that was done and the cost of everything was reasonably. I will definitely use them again for future projects. The technician was very knowledgeable and was very professional and gave us information we can use for the future.
