Jen was responsible for the development, and it was simply spectacular from start to finish. From customer service to installation, the entire team worked in harmony and delivered exceptional work.
We just had an install done on our kids shared closets. They are beautiful and so functional. It was a great experience - first with the designer who is also a mom and was really thoughtful about our needs and then we had Glenn the owner do the install. He was really nice and took a lot of pride in his work. Thank you to the team!
My overall experience was very good. My salesperson/designer, Miranda was knowledgeable and flexible. I didn’t understand, However, that these are not built-ins. They arrive with an already built box that they install. For the price, I expected more. Also, the quality of the clothes RAck was flimsy. If you don’t look too closely, it looks very nice.
