I can't even believe what happened at Artistry of Hair in Bethel, Connecticut. I went in all excited for prom, thinking they'd make me look amazing, but instead, they totally messed up my hair! I asked for a simple trim and some subtle highlights, but they completely ignored what I wanted. They chopped off way more than I asked for, leaving me with this weird, uneven mess. And the highlights? Don't even get me started. Instead of the natural, sun-kissed look I was hoping for, I ended up with streaky, orange stripes that look like they belong on a Halloween costume. I'm so upset—I've been looking forward to prom for months, and now I don't even want to show my face.

I can't believe how stupid Artistry of Hair in Bethel, Connecticut is! They totally messed up my hair, like, big time! I asked for just a trim, but they went all Edward Scissorhands on me and chopped off way more than I wanted. And the color? Ugh, it's like they picked it out of a dumpster or something! It's so wrong, like, I don't even know how they could mess up that bad. I'm seriously ticked off right now! They better fix this mess or I'm never going back there again!

I have been going to this Salon since I was a little girl! They are the absolute best and can slay at full highlights or dark hair colors! When you go ask for Traci I have been going to her my whole life. She has kept my hair strong and healthy through all my hair trends. Artistry or hair knows how to keep you trendy and leaving in style. Also did I mention location??? Centrally located in the cute downtown bethel district. This is a must I'm telling you l, go check them out!! Thank you Traci for making me look fabulous through all my hair phases :)

Terrible experience and don't recommend you go. Unfriendly staff and the owner/stylist shouldn't be touching hair any longer. Lovely lady, but there's a point in life when we need to retire. I was there for over 3 hours and spent money for services that didn't meet my expectations nor what I wanted done.

Really upset with my haircut, I asked for 2 inches off just to tidy up the ends and the hairdresser (I believe her name was Gerry or Jerry) took off about 5 or 6 inches and it is completely uneven. I would go somewhere else to get it fixed but I don’t want to risk having any more chopped off. Thank God hair grows back, I’ll never get a cut here again :(
