Loved having Tom come inspect. He was very thorough and not only told me what was wrong with the home, but what was right! He asked if I was a first time home buyer and when I told him I was, he walked me through everything in the house that I would have to worry about. He helped put my mind at ease and prepared me for a lot of the new things I needed to know as a home owner. He came earlier than our appointment to start getting the outside looked at, and left later than expected because he was happy to stay and answer questions. He is also very personable besides being very competent at his job. Will reach out again if we ever need inspections!
