I am sharing this review based on my experience as a caregiver advocating for my mother.

During a recent interaction with Dr. Audrey Corvino in Avon, I was seeking support for FMLA certification so I could properly care for my mother. Unfortunately, the discussion raised serious concerns. I was advised that FMLA is only for short-term care, which is incorrect, as FMLA also applies to chronic and ongoing conditions requiring intermittent caregiver support. I was further informed that certification would not be supported based on the provider’s personal interpretation of what FMLA is “for,” rather than on my mother’s functional limitations and medical needs.

I really liked my doctor, but their office systems are a mess. Ten minutes before the office closed on April 8th, I received this message about my April 9th appointment:"Unfortunately, we will need to reschedule TOMORROWS appointment. DUE TO THE DOCTORS SURGERY SCHEDULE. PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE AT YOUR CONVENIENCE TO RESCHEDULE. I AM UNABLE TO SEND NEW DATES FOR YOUR APT VIA MYCHART MESSAGE. ANNUAL APTS FOR DR.KERRIGAN ARE BOOKING OUT UNTIL june 2024.WE OFFER A "PROVIDER PRIORITY" WAITLIST THAT I HAVE PLACED YOU ON FOR ANY UPCOMING CANCELLATIONS- I WILL GIVE YOU ATLEAST 2 WEEKS' NOTICE FOR OPEN APT TIME/DATES."I never received a call, text, or email about this cancellation....read full review

In relation to “Dr.” Kerrigan, this person should not be allowed to practice medicine. She is a terrible excuse for a doctor and should not be trusted to greet people as they enter Walmart.
