Showed up a few minutes late to my physical. They are booked up for weeks and I needed the appointment before they will refill my prescription. They completely changed the roads to the office and I got lost. I tried to call and of course no one answered. It took me waiting 45 mins on hold to make the appointment originally. The receptionist was very rude when I got there. She kept cutting me off and told me because I was a few minutes late I lost my appointment. Mind you there are no other patients in the waiting room or parking lot. Not sure how a physical that is supposed to take an hour can be canceled over a few minutes. Dr. Sacramento-Ferriera is a great doctor. She is very caring, thorough and goes above and beyond. When I had cancer, she called me with the results of the biopsy before anyone else, and she wasn’t even the ordering physician. She looks at the whole patient and is willing to listen to what you are saying! She provides a very calming presence and allows you to be honest and ask questions. Her staff is fantastic too! Very friendly and kind. When I call for help, they all act like they knowme and are concerned. This place is a gem!

Theresa Keddy the PA here is amazing. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I have been suffering with some problems for awhile and she knew exactly what tests to order for answers. Her medical assistant was so kind and efficient on getting all my old records. She was quick to calm me with results and answer all my questions. I highly recommend her.
