My son sprained his ankle at school. We went to Ortho Speed Pass and the wait to be seen was not long. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And it's location is so convenient for us!.
I only give 4 stars because of the ladies in the front-super rude and miserable! Very unwelcoming, and I could hear them giving attitude to each of the patients! The doctor was great, and so were the x-ray staff. Please address the service patients are getting in the front, it is unacceptable. Otherwise, Dr. Cloutier was fantastic!
Today was my second visit to the Ortho Speed Pass in Avon. I am so grateful for their walk-in option! The staff is always welcoming and kind, the wait is always short, their office is clean and cozy, and the doctors provide fantastic service. I always feel like I'm being well-attended to from the moment I walk in. I'm thankful to have found my "forever Ortho"!
