I have taken Pilates with Kris for over 10 years. His studio is a warm and welcoming place. Under his careful instruction, my core and muscle strength along with balance and flexibility have greatly improved. Pilates has also minimized the discomfort of arthritis in my shoulders and knees. I recently had back surgery. Thanks to Kris and Pilates, being in good shape going in has made the recovery process so much easier.

I have been going to Korlates for more than 5 years. This is the first exercise program I have ever stayed with. Kris is a great instructor. He offers beginner to advanced options for all the exercises. I like the multiple time options offered so I can fit exercise into my schedule. I have made great friends while going there too. It is a very friendly and non threatening environment. I have always had fun at every class. I highly recommend Korlates.
