The stylist (Angie? I wish I could remember!) did a fabulous job trimming a disappointing perm I'd gotten elsewhere. She also recommended a leave-in conditioner. My fine hair has never done well with a conditioner you rinse, but a light, leave-in conditioner turned out to be just what I needed. She had years of experience and it showed.
I really like that you can make an appointment last-minute. Most places require weeks to months in advance.
My only suggestion would be to lower the age of the senior-price cut to 60.

I love this Great Clips. Every time I leave after getting my haircut I am extremely satisfied. Upon my entrance I was immediately greeted by the workers who had recognized me. And during my haircut the workers there make great conversation with you as they work their magic. I was impressed by there performance as a result I come out looking like a million bucks. Every body is nice in there however I am primarily writing this on behalf of Douglass and Diana they are both wonderful hairdressers that work wonders. -thank you

Awesome visit, was quick, easy, very very well done by Kelly! She also did very good cause it was my first time coming in and all I did was show her a picture of what it once looked like. Nice!
