Dr. Donna Crump is extraordinary. I bought a groupon and went to her office for the first time today. She was honest in telling me that laser hair removal would be a better alternative due to the excess of hair that I had. She made recommendations and encouraged me to return the groupon to get my money back. She even proceeded to not charge me for her time, which is extremely kind-- I can't think of any other professional that would do the same! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Crump for her electrolysis services!

Donna Crump is a very busy woman, but always makes time to take care of her clients. She explained to me the differences in the types of electrolysis, and what would be most beneficial to my skin. If for whatever reason she needed to cancel an appointment (which was rarely) she would give me plenty of time in advance. She is very good at what she does. I highly recommend her.
