Kim and her staff were totally professional. They helped put my mind at ease when I had to board my “Honey” for two weeks. They’re loving and caring and treated Honey like their own. We have had our Ragdoll and Himalayan groomed at this resort over the past year and Kim has done an outstanding job. Our 13yr old Himalayan is small and her skin is fragile, but Kim does great job ensuring she is properly trimmed and comes out looking like a princess. Our Ragdoll can be a handful when grooming, but Kim manages to get her groomed nicely as well. There are few places that can handle grooming cats and finding a resort with a caring person is very difficult. We are grateful for the work Kim does and appreciate her skill and compassion when taking care of our beautiful girls! Albert Levesque
Take it from a childless cat mom… I’m a Sphynx mom for 33 years loving our second rescue when the pandemic takes the family cat caregiver. Extensive research for the must haves (cats only, kitty cat cameras), and a few interviews later I clicked with Kim. She and her staff of cat spoilers may humbly say hotel and grooming for cats only. The name RESORT doesn’t begin to tell the story of what we’ve learned since 2021 when leaving our daughter in their care during our 5+ trips every year. We view the camera in her suite, extensively, to make sure her cat mate auto feeder works after the hour long ride there, to see what she’s up to, and mostly because we miss her. So many times someone has happily made an extra trip in to charge the battery only we seem to drain so regularly. Watching the camera we’ve learned extra trips are the specialty. No matter what or when the cats need it, not just drop off and pick up times are they on duty, but ALWAYS! No matter if it’s a tummy ache, a crying stressed kitty who needs extra time and love, medication, frequent feedings, anything, they notice and respond. Did we mention scheduling flexibility for unforeseen situations? We knew about ‘above and beyond’, but when our little bandit broke her cat mate feeder into 3 pieces, two staff spent half an hour troubleshooting on the phone with us until it was up and running. I honestly thought it couldn’t get any better. Until… we killed the camera battery again right before the night feeding and when Kim saw our email she went in to make sure she actually ate and change the battery at 2AM. Eternally grateful Kim. NOBODY does it better! Look no further cat parents.
