“Last weekend my brother got married in New Haven. Unfortunately, 3 hours before photos, we found that the bride’s dress had been spilled on and virtually ruined. I called Blue Sky in a panic and explained the situation. After several other establishments turned me down, the owner rushed me in with the dress and had the dress back to perfection within 2.5 hours. Not only that, but the cost was well below what I anticipated (and was willing to pay). The washing and drying machines here are all in good order. Washers are different sizes for different loads. Dryers are Hot. What more can one ask for?!“

“No issues until recently. With my commute out of town the 9-5 hours don't work for me to drop & pick up my shirts, however, the 24/7 option was why I started coming there as it was closer to home. Lately, the ATM has not worked so I have to come on Saturday to pick up my shirts. When I showed up at 9:20 on Tuesday, no one was at the business and the doors were locked. The owner came out of the blinds business next door and helped me get my shirts. When I asked him about the ATM not working, he told me that his hand were tied and that he was waiting on Corporate to fix it. My response was that if they couldn't get it working, then I would have to take my business somewhere else.
