Wanted to get service done on our truck. They lack the skills and knowledge and were very nasty. The general vibe of the staff has always been poor at this location and if you did not buy your ride from them they would look down on your vehicles. After a couple of attempts to have service done for a number of vehicles we choose never to come here again. We have not been back since that faithful day and will never be back.Dealerships tend to have a vibe that if you are not buying a vehicle from them they do not want you near them.

Purchased a vehicle from Korf, had issues with the windshield and Instead of just changing it out, they proceeded to try to fix it and that didn’t work so now they have to replace it. It would have been so much faster and easier just to do that in the first place.

We recently purchased our 23’ Chevy Tahoe from Justin and Kim at Korf in Yuma. Our experience with them was smooth and hassle free. There was no pressure and honestly the easiest purchase we ever made. It was quick, especially having a three year old toddler with us, and they were very accommodating.
