Had no air in house with over 100 degree weather. Called them as soon as they opened. Said they were booked up pretty well for the day so might be the next day ,but if anyway possible they would make it today. Around 4 that day I got a phone call and they were on their way. Got it fixed in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Very friendly and reasonable. Thank you air concepts.
