MBI built our new house. They were easy to work with and did a very profession job. There were only a few issues, and those were dealt with promptly. Supply chain delays slowed the project, but they handled them efficiently. Mark has a great team - particular praise for Lowell, Pat, Jill, Christine and Nicolle. I recommend MBI highly.

Mark and the whole team at MBI were amazing. We are very satisfied with the whole process, from lot selection, to design selections (both interior and exterior), through the actual build process, and now post-closing support. The communication and responsiveness through the whole process were excellent, and any issues or concerns were addressed in a very timely and appropriate manner. We knew we wanted to live in Woodland Park and were house hunting one weekend. We were shown a few houses that MBI Contractors had built and were very impressed. It didn’t take long for my husband and I to say YES to the house! We were under a 1031 exchange and everything went smooth. The house was ready on time and looked great! During the warranty period a few things were addressed. They were cordial and timely. We have one last item to square away but I’m confident it will all be taken care of. Shout out to Daniel, although I never met you in person you are a true asset to Marks company! You follow up, understand the business, and genuinely want to help! Hope one day we will meet. Thanks for a beautiful house we can call our home one day in the future. (1 year and counting down).Note: A very nice thing my husband and I enjoyed was the weekly update and pictures during the build. We live out of state and we looked forward to seeing the progress.Overall a great experience.

Two years ago my wife and I purchased a vacation home in Woodland Park, Colorado. As you would expect we wanted it to be our dream cottage. Needless to say we have not been disappointed. It is everything we had hoped for and more. MBI Contractors (Mark McNab) did a fabulous job of designing and building the home. Mark is a man of the highest integrity and he does not compromise quality for margin. Mr. McNab has built a fabulous team that is second to none. Every person we have had contact with has been professional and accommodating. The team truly has the client's best interest at the center of their guiding principles. To anyone considering a new home, we highly recommend MBI. My wife and have both purchased new construction from other builders with a very good national reputation and all we can say is that MBI is head and shoulders above any competition. We are both very critical and demand the best quality in our purchases. We would not give this testimony if we did not both firmly believe in the product we were delivered. * From the first phone call, in front of the Lot, Mark McNabb and his staff were quick to help. * Mark met with us immediately, and professionally answered all of our questions, and those of my Realtor * MBI set, and met, all expectations from the beginning to close and beyond. * Mark showed me floor plans of what we asked for, not what he wanted to sell. We didn't want a bigger home. Mark showed us the right sized home for us. * They were incredibly helpful in picking finishes, and other decisions we had to make. * The entire staff was professional, courteous and helpful in the office and on the job site. * MBI was equally responsive to our lender, making the lending process painless. * MBI worked over time during Nov/Dec to meet our promised Closing Date. * Mark met us at closing to tell us we had nearly instant equity before we made a single payment. * At closing, MBI's agent had all of our warranties and instructions for care of our home neatly organized into a binder, carefully reviewing each section with us. We visited the home site many times during the construction and they were very helpful showing the quality in all of the phases of building our home. From the green block (ICF) foundation, to the sturdy 2x6 framing, insulation, carpet and flooring, drywall, texturing, painting, countertops, plumbing, heating all the way up to the roofing... the quality just pops. Items other builders would offer as "upgrades" are standard for MBI. We have lived in our home for more than a year now and couldn't be happier. The quality and care that MBI put into the construction stands out to us every day. The inevitable minor questions or concerns we had were promptly and courteously met. MBI not only gave us an investment in a house of which we can be proud, they gave us a home.

We moved into our MBI-built home in November of 2017 and are so happy to be here one year later. This is the third new home we have owned, so we know there's always little things to be done after closing; and also that since it's a human endeavor, it may not be "perfect." That being said, it's they best buying experience we have ever had. Mark, Daniel, Dianna and Ty were all very receptive to our needs -- any concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. And a neighbor told me recently that MBI came back to fix the sliding screen door damaged by his granddaughter long after the warranty expired -- they only charged for supplies -- that is great customer service. Also, MBI Contractors was the 2018 People's Choice Winner for Best Home Builder in Teller County, Colorado. Thanks to Mark and your team for our beautiful mountain home!

I was referred to MBI Contractors from a local bank in town because I wanted a contractor who was well respected in the community and was able to build a quality home for me and my two sons. I was a recent widow and I needed someone that I could trust not to take advantage of me and to build me a home that I didn't have to worry about the quality of the craftsmanship. When I met Mark (owner of MBI) and Daniel I felt they listened to my needs and they were both very respectful and honest. I even had my dad look at Mark's homes because he was a general contractor in Denver for 30 years and built high end custom homes. My dad said Mark built a solid home with very good materials. I've been in my home for a year now and I absolutely love it! In the past year I had some very minor things that needed to be fixed and when I called Ty I had someone at my house the very same day. Everyone at MBI Contractors has exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Mark if your in the market for a new home or remodel.
