I don’t even know what to say about Ryan and his team except that he was an absolute godsend for us. My husband and I are both self-employed, so we were having a really hard time doing a refinance of our home with ENT due to the new lending requirements for self-employed folks brought about by COVID. My wife and I found Ryan after ENT credit union moved the goal line for or refinance after 3 months.Following our initial conversation on the phone, we met in person to discuss the wholesale mortgage process and the services Ryan had to offer. From the beginning it was obvious Ryan knew his business well. He was able to explain the ins and outs of wholesale mortgages, purchasing points and what to expect throughout the process.Over the next three weeks things went exactly as Ryan said they would. We refinanced our mortgage in the fall with Ryan's help. He was very helpful in the process and got back to us very quickly with answers to our questions. I shopped around and couldn't beat what he offered.
