An excellent experience all around with Tidy Bears. Matt was super responsive from the get go when I went old school and made an actually phone call to talk about getting my father in-law cleaning services at his home in Hot Sulfur Springs. Matt was great about customizing our needs and very communicative. My father in law couldn’t have been happier with the deep cleaning services. He’s so pleased to have a tidier house now as it’s harder for him to do the deep cleaning. Tidy Bears even went above and beyond some of their normal duties to get areas they knew my father in law couldn’t reach anymore. The Tidy Bears team has been great! They provided me with weekly cleans throughout a 6- month winter rental, and they were all great. The team was responsive and flexible when needed as well.
I have worked with tidy bears for the last 2.5 years. They are extremely easy to work with and always provide a great service and super competitive pricing. The owner Matt Errico is extremely pleasant and handles business 10 out of 5 stars!!!
