They were great! We were able to get a service appointment scheduled for the next day and the technician, Owen, was very kind and efficient. He had our system up and running great in less than 2 hours.
I’ve been having Valley come out for regular maintenance and consultations for a few years now. They are always professional and never pushy with sales tactics like many other companies. Jared came out today and did excellent work and was clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. Thank you guys!
Bryan and his whole team were great to work with. We had a quirky set up in our house with an old swamp cooler but they took on the challenge and installed a high efficiency furnace and AC quickly, thoroughly and for a great price. Our house has been warmer on the cool days and consistently cooler on the hot days. 100% recommend.
