I've been working with Snaptron for over a year and they have been more than helpful in my medical device prototyping. Both Dante and Kyle are attentive and professional in every interaction. I will be working with them in any future project that requires tactile domes or any special switches. I would highly recommend this company and requesting a sample box, they have a great variety of tactile domes for any project.
The team at Snaptron has been extremely helpful in helping me design in their snap dome arrays on a new product. That includes detailed DFMA of the arrays and a second die-cut part that can also be applied to the board using the same assembly fixture of their design. I highly recommend Snaptron where ultra-low-profile switches are required (along with long switch life).
