We have a Border Collie who struggles with major anxiety, and unfortunately, we had fallen behind on keeping up with his grooming. I was honestly so nervous about how the appointment would go because I knew he could be a lot to handle.
Michelle was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding with him. She never made us feel embarrassed or judged for the condition he was in, and she took the time to earn his trust and work with him. I truly don’t know what I would have done if she had given up within the first few minutes of meeting him.
It meant so much to us to have someone who was willing to be patient with him and see past his anxiety. She treated him with so much kindness and compassion, and we are incredibly grateful.
