Might seem strange to be posting about an endoscopy center… Lol! Went in this morning, extreme nervous. From the lovely receptionist who took my information, to the two wonderful nurses who prepped me for my procedure, the amazing Dr. who explained everything in great detail and my new good friend who administered the medication so I would remember nothing! Lol. I wish I could remember the names, but I left my notepad in my purse. Medical procedures are tough, but to have this kind of Care is exceptional!
What a fantastic team. From getting lidocaine injection so the IV didn’t hurt as much to Dr Strongs great communication before and after the procedure to the new prep that was only two glasses of solution. Keep up this type of patient care !
The staff here were polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Since it was an endoscopy I don't know what they were doing while I was unconscious but I'm assuming they did what they were supposed to.
