We had a tire on our 2024 Colorado showing low air pressure. Les Schwab pulled out a piece of metal at no charge. The tire continued to leak and they replaced a defective valve stem at no charge. This is a vehicle with manufacturer parts so they could have charged us. Grateful for their service!!
My wife had a dangerous issue with the tires and brakes on her horse trailer. She was able to safely unload the horses and took it by the dealer who supposedly fixed it.
One of the tires was flat so she took it to Les Schwab in Windsor. They fixed the tire and realized that the trailer brakes were still not properly adjusted. Thanks to Jairo T., who discovered the brake issues and fixed them so the trailer could be pulled safely. We wanted express our appreciation.
