Our daughter has absolutely loved her time at Kaizen Karate! The instructors are fantastic with the kids and do an amazing job making sure they understand and perform each technique correctly. I really appreciate how hands-on they are and how much individual attention they give each student. They are patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping the kids improve and build confidence. We've seen so much growth in Cora's skills and self-confidence since she started. I highly recommend Kaizen Karate to any family looking for a supportive and positive program.

My son loves coming to class at Kaizen. He's learning the basics of karate along with some fundamental conflict de-escalation and general self defense principles.
The team here has done a great job of breaking down the techniques and then creating learning paths which get steeper as the kids development progresses. The difference for a 5 year old vs 8 year old vs 13 vs adult, you can see the progression in standard to help them get more precise and thoughtful.
The dojo has classes for adults that take place deeper into the evening, alongside offering weapons classes as well.
Amazing women's self defense classes, we took level 1 and immediately took level 2 the following weekend. Matt and his son and team teach wonderful skills that I my family and high school and soon to be in college daughters really needed to help learn how to defend themselves in lots of different scenarios. Would highly recommend to all women and daughters at any time.
