Jeff and Mason took the time to inspect my roof and explain what they found. What stood out to me was that they understand not only roofing, but also the science behind proper ventilation and long-term roof performance.

Their communication was excellent. Mason kept me informed about scheduling, let me know when they were on their way, and explained what to expect once they arrived. That made it easy to plan around the visit and make arrangements for my dogs and access to the house.

They also helped with a few wind-damaged shingles and even took a look at a bathroom vent that I asked about on the spot. They didn't have to take the time to help with this, but they did.

Jeff was GREAT to work with! He provided a quick assessment & estimate, and his team was able to get scheduled the same week. The repairs were completed efficiently, and they even included a detailed report of the work when I received the invoice. I highly recommend JM Exteriors.
